"Overall, the facility needs a face lift. There are multiple areas of repair and replacement such as carpeting, outdoor walkways, signage, landscaping/gardens. Too many isolated and dark outdoor walkways and courtyards seemed unsafe. The receiving staff and staff at the River Water Park, and restaurants were very good to excellent. The convenience of texting concerns and check out were very good. The experience at the water park was very good. An affordable and fun staycation. "
