"The property is in a superb location on a deserted beach, sunsets are stunning and the saltwater pool is very impressive. Great breakfast with a great egg station and good array of options. "The only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be."

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...

"This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. The location is excellent, easily walkable to restaurants and shops on the main road. Good selection at breakfast, though the quality of evening meals at local restaurants I think is higher. Having ready access to the beach is also very handy as the walks along the coast are exceptional. We found the cleanliness of the room to be excellent and...

"Three nights here scheduled at last minute after a major travel change. The road out front is a three lane highway separated by a divider plus a bike lane. Typically this would be a nightmare for me but I asked the manager for a fan and she lent me one that was on the noisy side which was great for me. I’m a “white noise” guy and can’t sleep in silence. I don’t want to hear motorcycles racing at 2am either and there was a little of that but not a lot. I requested a corner unit in the back away...

"Beautiful facilities, fabulous staff Food was delicious The walk into town was longer than expected but still fine. Some great bars and eateries within 10-12 minute walk. Taxi service also available from the hotel Khao Lak is a quiet area, if you’re there to relax, this place is perfect for you"
