The stay was fine. It definitely needs a few upgrades and upkeeps on the property itself. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub so that’s always a win.
Paid for parking with Expedia but was still charged through the hotel….. .
Their computer system and cc machine did not work, they ended up billing my card two times for $100, but claimed it did not go through... Had my bank notify me when there is a charge to my cc, so could refute their assertion it did not register. Frustrating

The view of the marina was nice. There is a walking trail in the estuary that is beautiful. My room did not have a refrigerator and I had to move rooms only to find that the new room had no microwave. I was too tired to move again. The outside of the building is weathered and needs maintenance. All in all, it was fine for the 1 night I needed to stay due to a power outage.
Property was a bit further away from easy dining and breakfast wasn't included, and the elevator was freezing cold. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, with friendly staff.
All good and accessible, pretty big parking lot and nice installations.

Sheraton in Petaluma is my favorite place to stay. Love the sauna and hot tub. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She even upgraded me to a room with a jet tub for free (slow season). The jet tub unfortunately did not work but the room was awesome otherwise.

Loved our stay here. The view from our room was gorgeous. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I’m normally a Hilton girl but the stay here makes me want to switch over. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with 2 dogs, and that is already a bit stressful, but the pet friendly rooms and accommodations at the Sheraton made it an easier trip. The room was clean, with no smells, ground level, and easy access in and out for pups. We had a great experience, comfortable beds, and the room was updated.

We had our dog with us and paid a 75$ fee for him. The room we’ve had was really dirty. Lot’s of pet fur and spider webs. I don’t mind the extra fee for the pet. But I do expect a clean room. The carpet was full of stains. Also we were not allowed to use the outdoor seating with our dog because it belonged to the pool area. The area is really nice though.
No small refridgerator, no magazine or info on restaurants to go to in the area, nothing about the events available in the area...Then to go into their eat , we were the only ones there, no waiter came to bring a menu, we were treated as if we did not matter while two people at the counter were talking and said they were trying to find a menu. Not good customer service. Plus there is a big parking lot and they make people who stay at the hotel pay for parking their car. NO we will not be back to this hotel.

We stay here frequently while visiting our daughter and family. The staff are always welcoming and early check in accommodated. The room is clean and the hotel is quiet.

Exterior was dirty. Staff was not engaging. (Wedding planner Mimi was great!) no lunch at restaurant? Only breakfast and dinner. Food and dessert at wedding great!
