"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. "Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"We picked this hotel because it has some rooms with a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It is quite a hike to the hotel from the train station so you may want to take a taxi to the hotel with your luggage. Breakfast was good and breakfast room had big picture windows with a view of the Madderhorn. "

"坂はありますが駅から近く、大きいキャリーケースを持っても歩いてホテルまで行けました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました。 お部屋は広く、2人で大きいキャリーケースを広げても窮屈さはありませんでした。 お部屋からはツェルマットの街並みと山々が同時に見られて、夜は一階のバーから聴こえてくる音楽もとっても素敵で、どこかから焚き火のような匂いもして五感で楽しめるホテルでした。。 次にツェルマットに行く時はぜひ一階のお店も利用したいと思いました。 9月でしたがクリスマスを彷彿とさせる街は本当に素敵で、最高の思い出になりました。"
