"The room was very nice and clean, although we couldn't get the shower to work this morning (no instructions). Unfortunately we didn't get to use any of the amenities there so can't comment on those, but a nice hotel and not too far from the city centre and all the shops and bars etc. I rate our star 6 bananas 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌"

"Great location, good facilities. Parking not easily accessible for those with walking difficulties- we were so lucky to get the only disabled bay. Staff were the most amazing attentive people we’ve met in a long time - can’t wait to return!! Even the housekeepers knew who we were - best hotel experIence ever!"

"Room was located by a busy motorway, no way of knowing that before hand. Breakfast choice very poor for a vegetarian/vegan. Pool/Spa nice to have, location reasonably closeto the town centre "

"I paid just under £100 for one night, which felt a bit high for what was offered. The first thing I noticed was the bed — it was quite small, especially for two adults, and not particularly comfortable. There were also some maintenance issues. The drawers were broken or missing, so there was nowhere to store belongings. In the bathroom, the bath itself was very small, even for someone of a smaller build, and the layout was awkward — opening the door would hit the toilet, and it wouldn’t shut properly. Additionally, some of the bathroom tiles were broken, which made the space feel a bit worn and in need of repair. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, particularly considering the price."
