"There was a very rude member of staff who checked me in called “SEV” she went out of her way to make sure I couldn’t check in early even though there was plenty of rooms available, She is rude and nasty !! The hotel is nice but always very busy especially at breakfast times. Parking is difficult and VERY EXPENSIVE!"

"It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Appreciated having a small mini fridge, a tea kettle,...
