Room was clean and relatively spacious. Area was very near to Bangla street, approximately 3-4mins walk. Expect noise at night till late, and probably not suitable for light sleeper.

Comfortable but compact, and far from quiet
I chose the Seacono because I thought it was far enough from Bangla Road to be reasonably quiet. Wrong -- the bar at the hotel across Sansabai Road provided enough bump-and-thump to keep me awake, well into the night. The bed was big, cushy and comfortable, as I like them, but the room is quite compact and there is no closet or chest-of-drawers for my clothing. There was at least a padded bench, next to the desk, for my backpack, and the balcony was helpful for drying my scuba-gear after my last dive from Phuket.

The minibar, TV-shelf and writing desk take up much of the space that I'd like for clothes storage.
There's just enough room by the head of the bed to place my scuba-gear case.

The hotel adverting very missleading and in poor condition, breakfast was terrible and had to walk to another hotel to eat. Overall dont book here loud and dirty and not family friendly.

First i want to start with when checking in they told me i dont have a booking i had to show them my booking after getimg wifi. Then they asked how will i pay cash or card ivwas confused for a second and realized they want me to pay for room. I explained that i already paid through expedia. I then again had to argue and show thatvi paid after reception called 3 times to someone they gave me the room key. I then checked in and went to room passage ways was dirty ciggarette buds everywhere then website says shower or bath tub in room with hill views and also a work statikn computer. There qas no computer no bath tub and it was city views. The bath ropes was brown marks on them the linnen was horrible the bath towels and huge holes in them it qas not good. I asked reception and they say there is no bath tubs no computer and the room is as it should be. I went out go back to room 2am and could not sleep it was loud music all night from bar oppisate the hotel this went on till 7am went it went quiet so no sleep at all for me. I stayed in 3 diffirent hotels in this same street and this was the first that music kept ypu awake it was just unreall i would never return to SeaCono no way at all

staff were very rude. i booked the family room for 12-14 november together with the airport transfer. upon arrival, i realised that my driver wasn't there. so i called the hotel receptionist. she told me that she will call the driver and get back to me. which she eventually didnt. upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel staff, were unhappy, she claimed that the driver were waiting for me all along. she was being unprofessional. raised her voice at a guest.(a lady wearing specs i assume around 50s) i was told to pay for the waiting fee still. check in time was suppose to be at 2, but we got our room only at around 2.30-2.45pm. I booked a room with free breakfast. Breakfast location wasnt in the hotel. Breakfast location is about 3mins walk from hotel.

Dont waste your money
Very noisy and we were on the "Quiet" side of the hotel. Extremely noisy and rude guests. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and the shower was rather mouldy. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Fantastic stay!!!!
I had a great stay at Seacono Hotel Phuket. Rooms are clean, new with all amenities which you need. Very good price quality value. The location is perfect in the middle of Patong a lot of restaurants , bars, shopping opportunities around the hotel. Nice and friendly hotel staff.

No Window, but Decent Overall.
I am not sure if I just got unlucky, but my rooms windows were blocked by the exterior sign on the building (it's a huge sign) . Strangley, I still had a little balcony that was squished between the building and the sign or a 'smoking room' as the sign on the door said. I don't smoke, but if I did it would have been a nice addition. Friendly people and a decent pool area. The window thing was a bit of a deal breaker for someone like me who really likes natural light in a room. However, if you're planning to sleep all day and party all night this could be a great spot for you. I moved to a similarly priced hotel and I have to say it's pretty awesome so far (Crystal Beach).

This hotel is at a great location: close to the Beach, Mall, nightlife. the only problem is if you are trying to sleep before 3AM. The noise from the area carries into your room. Small price to pay for all that is available.

If you want to sleep at night please do yourself a favor and dont stay here. The guests at this hotel are ridiculously noisy. We had people slamming doors, screaming and fighting at 5am. The staff did not do anything about the noise. The elevator smelled like chlorine as people would get in the elevator wet from the pool. I swear this hotel reminded me of Spring Break. The noise starts from 10 pm and stops until 6 am. If you are a party animal this is the place for you but if you're not...stay away from here! However, location is very good many dining options around and Bangla and Patong Beach are a 5-7 min walk.

Great Location
Hotel is on a very busy road close to all the nightlife, restaurants and bars. Only had one night there and checked in quite late so I can't really give a full review of all services. I would stay there again though.

Perfect location close to the fun. 2 minute walk to Bangla road bars, restaurants, Jungceylon shopping mall, Movie Theater, Starbucks. Renovated rooms. Clean rooms. Awesome open air restaurant... perfect to people watch. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Speaks good English.

Awesome location 5 minute walk to beach, Bangla road, BIG shopping mall with nice movie theater. My favorite outdoor restaurant. Relax and Enjoy people watching as you eat breakfast lunch or dinner. Wonderful staff who speak good English. Always there to help you. Cleaning staff are very nice and friendly. No fee to bring lady to your room. Modern new refurbished rooms. Very bright pleasant colors. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a little small. Excellent air conditioning. Cools the room quickly.

Awesome location for entertainment
On San Sabai road (same as Bangla road). Watch the "Walk of shame" as ladies rerun home after the bars close. Very entertaining. Restaurant with open air design. Open to the street. Great way top relax and enjoy your breakfast... let your day get started. This was my favorite part of the hotel. And at sit at night and enjoy the entertainment. 4 minute walk to the Jungceylon shopping mall. Great for rainy days. Have nice movie theater. 6 minute walk to the beach 2 minute walk to Bangla road bars, restaurants. Hotel is "Guest friendly". No charge to bring a lady back to your room. Hotel staff is very nice, friendly, helpful, happy all the time. Rooms are recently refurbished. Nice design and clean. Free internet that is fast and always up. I have stayed here 6 times and now it is my favorite hotel because of its location and open air restaurant.

My favorite hotel in Patong. Great location on San Sabai road (Bangla road). I like the outdoor restaurant for breakfast. Great to people watch morning and when the bars close. Rooms are refurbished. Comfortable beds. Very Clean. Free water in room. Safe big enough to fit computer. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. They speak good English. 4 minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall, Bangla road. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Nice hotel around all the action.
Value for money, good location, nice n clean rooms. Computer in the room is a plus. Only drawback is AirCon was set to temp 24 but that is manageable. Staff is very friendly. Make sure you do not take rooms facing the road as those would be noisy.

Very nice hotel! But very noise!
The hotel room we had was close to the road and it got very noisy and was unable to sleep well (this was the only problem). The room was lovely and had a computer hooked up to the tv which was fantastic! Very close to Bangla Road. Though we found another strip of bars down across from the Merlin which was the go, had a fantastic night there. Hotel staff very nice and pleasant!

Enjoyable stay
Checking in was fast and they served juices upon our arrival. The rooms are spacious. Water current for shower is not strong and there is no heater. Wasn't a big problem for us as the weather was hot and cool showers were great. The TV and desktop computer are bonus. My kids enjoyed the computer usage. At night, music from the pubs can be heard (we stayed on the 6th floor) but not an issue to us. The swimming pool is small but good enough for my kids to play in it. Shopping and beach are all within walking distance. Will most likely to stay here again when we visit Phuket the next time.

I was VERY impressed with the room design, very big, clean, quiet. Staff were wonderful... pleasant, always looking to help me. Speak very good English. Perfect location on Bangla road, 2 minute walk to the shopping mall. 4 minute walk to the beach. Love the open air restaurant. VERY low price. I will always stay at the Seacono.

Check in/out process run smoothly & reservation staff was very nice. Room was clean and very satisfied with wifi and computer in room as our children enjoyed it. But very disappointed with hotel facilities: During our stay for 5 days, the elevator only on at the first and last day. Swimming pool was under renovation and it wasn't informed thru hotel website whereas that was one of the reason we chose this hotel. Overall, this hotel is find as we were not spending most of our time in the hotel.
