Room was clean and relatively spacious. Area was very near to Bangla street, approximately 3-4mins walk. Expect noise at night till late, and probably not suitable for light sleeper.

Comfortable but compact, and far from quiet
I chose the Seacono because I thought it was far enough from Bangla Road to be reasonably quiet. Wrong -- the bar at the hotel across Sansabai Road provided enough bump-and-thump to keep me awake, well into the night. The bed was big, cushy and comfortable, as I like them, but the room is quite compact and there is no closet or chest-of-drawers for my clothing. There was at least a padded bench, next to the desk, for my backpack, and the balcony was helpful for drying my scuba-gear after my last dive from Phuket.

Panorama, from the back corner by the bed. Notice there isn't anyplace to put your clothes. My backpack and my Pacsafe bag are on the padded bench by the desk.
The minibar, TV-shelf and writing desk take up much of the space that I'd like for clothes storage.
There's just enough room by the head of the bed to place my scuba-gear case.

The hotel adverting very missleading and in poor condition, breakfast was terrible and had to walk to another hotel to eat. Overall dont book here loud and dirty and not family friendly.
