Hotel is close to all the entertainment and restaurants. The beach is just across the breach road. Bangla road is a 10min walk away. Great pool and pool bar. Staff are outstanding, service with a smile at all times. We will return soon.

Would stay again. Helpful and polite staff. Is a busy area so heads up! No parking or designated pick up! You just walk right up to it from the street. Can be loud at night depending on room location.

The hotel was very clean and the pool was well kept. Loud obnoxious live music plays every night from around 8 to around 1. It sounded like really bad karaoke and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the food at the two restaurants within the hotel were both awful. All the nice restaurants and good shopping are a good walk away. I would recommend staying further down on Patong beach.

Beautiful place right in patong but feels like you are not. A few hiccups with drivers but ellie and staff couldn't do enough for me. Lovely people and ideal location. I will be back. Negative- only options of food are Indian or Irish.staff.

Great hidden oasis in Patong
This hotel is like a little oasis in a busy area of Patong. Service is excellent, the decor and attention to detail is spot on. Swimming pool looks like a tropical pond at first but is actually very nice and quaint. Rooms are very clean and good value for money. Breakfast was okay but could be much better. It was served in the Irish pub on the roadside. Loud traffic. Breakfast should be served in their own restaurant as it's a nice setting.

Enjoyed my family trip here at this Resort, it is located in a convenient area within walking distance to many food stalls or shopping and facing the Seaview was great. The resort is clean & well maintained (except with no lift access for our level) however staff will assist to carry any of our baggage for us without any issues. Would like to specially compliment Ms Elle (the receptionist) for her good kind hospitality & service, she speaks and understand English which is extremely useful and helpful in many ways to us during our stay there. Overall stay at this resort was blissful and enjoyable.

The property is beautiful with friendly staff The pool area is not typical hotel expectations to be able to laze about with no sun beds it is small (very) The rooms are spacious and clean, however the beds are crippling and the pillows horrendous.

A little worn on the edges but excellent value.
Perfect place to stay in Patong at the price point it's at. I would stay here again with the understanding the hotel is a bit old and feeling sorta run down. Overall it's a full 5 stars, but they had issues with staffing shortages, room mix ups, numerous broken light bulbs, leaking AC unit, etc. But the location is great and it's at an excellent price point for what you get compared to other options in the area... just go with the expectation that it's not shiny and brand new and you'll be beyond happy.

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in my entire life, as my first time travelling in my own I expect to have a safe place to arrive to but as I get to my hotel they have told me my booking is cancelled with no refund or any information & there’s nothing I can do apart from pay 3x the price I had already paid .. I booked my room months in advance at a discounted rate, they had clearly rented out my booked room for a more expensive price and then kick me out forcing me to go to a near by backpackers as every hotel near by was also booked after 30 hours on my plane without proper food or sleep it was a very stressful experience and only being 21 years old I didn’t have disposable extra money to spend on random hotels, the hotel also tried to blame Expedia which was not the case at all Expedia had no idea at all about the cancelled booking and when I called they even told me it was still booked! The hotel sent me a FAKE EMAIL pretending they were Expedia so the blame wasn’t on them for rebooking my room. Do not book with this hotel defiantly not 4 stars you can find so many nicer places around with kinder people

Beautiful Hotel! We stayed in a pool access room which was divine. Newly renovated resort, staff were wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed and straight across the rd from the beach. Absolute heaven! There was only two minor things, sometimes there was a smell coming from the bathroom pipes but the staff were very accomodating in fixing it. The other was the bed, king size but too hard for us. All in all though, a great holiday and we will go back again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, staff helpful and the property is idyllic. The shower water pressure was a bit touch and go, and our ac could have been quieter. Overall, was relaxing despite being in the thick of the hustle and bustle of Patong.

NOT A 4STAR HOTEL. FULL OF RUSSIANS
Hotel is definitely old. No way it is 4 stars. It caters to russians mainly. Room tiles is broken. Toilet smells. Toilet bowl is not clean. Balcony doors is broken too. BREAKFAST IS THE WORST IN THE ENTIRE OF PHUKET. NOT WORTH EVEN A DOLLAR. By 9am, food is done. They serve dry scrambled eggs with shells in it, burnt potatoes, iceberg lettuce and chopped up carrots for salads, watermelon that taste like onions, bad coffee and no milk for coffee. Not worth more than 20$ a night it being in phuket you can find better hotels with less stars.

It had a nice pool area and was close to town center. But the bed was very hard, room felt unclean, glasses not clean, smell in room, included breakfast was not good and I was told I didn't have it included so I had to produce proof that it was. Also, the staff weren't very helpful.

Over priced for what we received. Our bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. Sheets were literally falling apart at the seems and dirt stained in places. They did change these upon request on the first day however this went back to normal after the room was cleaned. We had a walk in pool room and unfortunately this area was not cleaned so others cigarette butts and plant leaves would stack up and embarrassingly staff laughed at my request to borrow the pool cleaner. However, again, at request this was seen to by a staff member. This doesn't appear to be a well known hotel (by local drivers) and is located down a short alley opposite the main beach area. Limited atmosphere, there was only two pool beds also, so nowhere to really lay in the sun if thats what you're after. Positives - decent air conditioning and hot water. Room size is adequate and there is a safe in each. Breakfast included a good range even for vegetarians but only fruit and salad for vegans (that said they're catering for the majority of people).

Dirty room, dirty towels, no chairs by the pool at all, staff barely speaks English, can’t help resolve issues. We didn’t have water pressure one day and couldn’t get into our room twice because “the battery was bad”. Stay somewhere else, seriously.

Beautiful hotel in quiet location
Beautiful spa and hotel resort away from the noise of walking street but it’s only a ten minute walk away. Staff were amazing and let us check in about 3/4 hours early when we arrived as we landed at 7:30am in Phuket. Buffet breakfast was nice and had a mix of western and Asian food, and fresh fruit. Our room was large and bed was huge. We had a pool access room which was a really nice touch to our stay.

Our hotels.com booking number was duplicated and they had not received our booking but upon seeing we had paid, they honoured our booking and upgraded us to a better suite. The location is great with Bangla Road within walking distance and the beach was across the road.

Smelly and Disgusting
The first thing you notice when entering your room is the horrible smell but don't worry, you get accustomed to the smell after a few hours. The second thing you notice is how old, tattered and dirty all the walls, floors, doors and furniture are. Then upon entering the bathroom you take a look at the toilet seat which is falling to pieces, has flaky bits that looks like dried skin coming off of it and has a urine discoloration to it. I had to do my number two's standing up because I could not bring myself to sit on that disgusting thing. An absolutely disgusting experience. This is not a 4 star hotel. Do not ruin your holiday by staying here. Also had room service come to my room at 11am. I told him to please come back in 10 minutes. I left the hotel for three hours, came back and the room had not been cleaned. I booked a 3 night stay and only stayed for 1 night. If the hotel has any decency, they should refund my other 2 nights back.

Worst hotel. Staff were sleeping on the job!!! They didn't even speak to us when we checked in. He handed us keys and left to go to our room. We lost him while holding all our luggage. The food was awful, there was no security at all. And we didn't have water at night. We told the front desk after searching for them, because no one was at the reception area!!! They did nothing! Terrible place!

Overall my experience was great. I have zero complaints about the room besides the funny smell in the bathroom after using the shower. The employees are very nice and welcoming. They ensured that our stay was perfect and we got everything that we needed.

Our stay was paid for breakfast included and on the second morning we are told we cant have breakfast as it isn’t included it then gets rectified by the manager. We arrived at breakfast after 9 and had to eat what was left also no butter, when I asked for butter I am told no butter only “tomorrow” I complained and said it is bad service, the manager sends someone to get butter only to bring it to me after I ate. The entire breakfast is very poor not even the basics. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 4 star hotel at all.

Only good thing is the location
Overall a terrible experience and I'd stay away. Expedia listing had wrong information so we were very disappointed on our arrival. No airport shuttle or laundry as listing said. Hard to communicate with frontdesk staff on issues. We were 'upgraded' to a Suite (see grey room) which was outside the main hotel gate. You enter a doorway with no door, walk past dirty gas tanks, and up a flight of circling stairs. Cooks from the restaurant next door take smoke breaks right near the doorway. The room is above restaurants that had loud, bouncing, live music late into the night. Our bed sheets had a brown stain, towels were torn, air conditioning smelled, lamp and phone didn't work, walls were scuffed up, etc. The wifi didn't work in our room so we were told to join the restaurant wifi next door. There's a smoking area right next to dining area. We had booked for several days but left after one night. Would have left immediately if possible.

They gave my room reservation to another person. I paid for a room with direct access to a pool and when we got there they told me that there’s no more room available and they gave me a standard room and didn’t give me a refund. Not cool at all.

Manager was the best part
This hotel was a disappointment from the get go. On expedia when I booked this room, it said that breakfast and airport shuttle services were available. When I tried to set up a airport shuttle pick up, I found out they do not offer this service and was forced to pay a decent amount to get a ride from the airport to the hotel. When we finally arrived, we learned that our room had an issue and we had to stay in a very dingy room our first night. When we were leaving our room for the first time we found two men standing outside our room saying that their stuff was in our room. Apparently while these guys were gone, the staff had moved their stuff out of the room and their passports were still in our safe. The next morning, we tried to eat breakfast to find out breakfast was not included either. I ended up being screamed at by an employee in front of staff and fellow customers which was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating over this small mistake. When we got our "real" room, it was filled with mosquitoes and definitely not as nice as the pictures depicted. The morning we woke up to leave, our water had been shut off and we had to get ready in the drops that fell from the sink and shower. The manager Aidrien was the only good thing about this place but without must support staff, he could only do so much.

Small hotel at great location opposite the beach.
Hotel is dated but charming. We had a pool access room, balcony decking is rotting and furniture wobbly. Bed linen clean but extremely old. We had a king bed but they didn't have enough bottom sheets so they used two single sheets across the bed .Towels are threadbare and mismatched, sometimes they didn't have two of the same, so they gave us odd towels. Breakfast is boring and bain marie always cold. Staff are nice enough. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Would not stay there again.

Mistake of a Hotel
Dumpy hotel, Ripped and torn sheets. Area was too intense and the hotel staff barely speaks any english. Extremely hard to communicate with.
