The only thing not safe is that they give out our room keys to anyone who asked for it without first verifying the reservation details. It means the reception would just give us the key to any room we asked for. I may not be a room guest but s burglar. That is very risky

the wall run down, the drain in the bathroom doesn’t work, so water went on the floor. it was disgusting. Our room wasn’t clean, there aren’t enough cutlery. tbh i got disappointed cuz the pics on expedia were rly nice, but it’s not true. I won’t make a reservation again here.

The first day I arrived, I found the door open and when I entered the bathroom, there was a handful of women's hair on the wall. I went to the reception and demanded that the room be cleaned, they told me that the next day, I said no, and in the end they agreed. When I returned at night, the room was still dirty... the next day I went to have breakfast and when I returned to the room, even having left the "cleaning" sign hanging on the door, no one came to clean, I went down to the reception to complain again, and I walked out. Upon returning at night, they had cleaned the room and in the sink they forgot cleaning supplies, I decided that it was no longer important to keep complaining and I went to sleep, because of my work, I went to sleep around 5am and the On the day of check out, they started making construction noises right above my head!! customers do not pay for a place to store luggage, but to enjoy a rest, which should be guaranteed, I am definitely not going to speak well of this place and I will never return !!

My time at the Patong Heritage coincided with an extremely traumatic event and i can't thank the staff there, particularly Sanchai for taking care of me. I will never forget this incredible act of kindness.

Nice staying in Phuket
Stayed for a week, location was very convenient to patong beach or any other beaches and food market as well!!!! Quiet and chill at night. Except the gym equipment is a bit old and small. Other that that, everything was great, breakfast is delicious and staffs r very helpful and kind.

To be fair with this hotel but also with other travelers: It gives ME a perfect home to avoid winter time in central Europe. Means I usually stay there around 3 months. Yes, rooms might night renovation but everything works fine and the room service as well as cleanliness are excellent. Yes gym sucks but I am at the beach anyway. For me it is just perfect. The staff there is amazingly great and is ready to do you every extra favour they can. For me, that team is the most valuable "asset" this hotel has. Breakfast is great and offers a lot of choices. There were other rewiews critizising that there is no decent choice of ham and cheese. I checked on that, and yes, that is true. Enjoying the rich selection of fruit, curries and salads I didn't miss that more European style a single day. The hotel is at the dead end of a small street so it is very quite. I loved it and will certainly go back.

Brilliant location
Superb location....steps away from Bangla Street and shopping malls.....great staff and service and breakfast was A1. Two swimming pools and impressive foyer with complimentary snacks and hot drinks during the day. The bedrooms, although spacious and comfortable are in need of refurbishment.

Hotel needs a repaint on the outside and towels and bedding could do with being replaced. Wasn’t keen on the Aircon unit on the balcony as it made it to hot to sit when aircon was on. Other then that it was ok.

Good space in family suite, spacious balcony, partial sea-view, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Single bathroom tight for family. Vanity area not very useful. Hot and cold water taps oppositely labeled and still not enough warm water. Very noisy in suite late at night due to thin partition mirror between suites. Long lines at front desk due to same staff serving all needs from towels to check ins/outs, etc. Overall pleasant stay and would be great with some of the above indicated improvements.

Hotel was conveniently located not far from the main road. Easy access to shopping, entertainment and 15 minute to the walk. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great and friendly.

The location is perfect, a short walk 8-10 min to Bangla Road, beach and Junceylon Mall. I found the staff at the venue freindly and helpful. They also surprised me with a birthday cake which was unexpected but appreciated and very nice. Rooms are cleaned daily, I would say the rooms that I had could do with a bit of an update but were nice enough and clean. I never saw the gym at the location as I went to train at Fitness Heroes which is a 10min walk away near the beach front. There is also a laundry service around the corner which is reasonably priced. Further on from the laundry shop is a Thai boxing gym literally 4min walk away on the side road from the hotel. All in all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The location is great. Service is great. Great food. Cleanliness is top notch. The hotel is beautiful. Yiu should not miss this if you plan to stay in Patong.I just found the room illumination a little low.
