Great location for Patong
Lovely place to stay, just on the outskirts from the hustle and bustle of Patong but still with a bit of peace and quiet there. Shuttle buses run 24 hours to take you from the rooms to the Lobby as there are a few hills. Overall good place to stay with a special shout out to Amo. The most pleasant individual who came over every day asking if there’s anything he could do to make my stay better.

The hotel was a let down and I don’t even know where to begin. Firstly on arrival, we weren’t greeted when we were in the lobby, in fact when I went to reception to ask for assistance, the receptionist (who’s name I forgot) told me to wait in an abrupt manner which I found appalling considering I had been travelling for 16 hours and was so tired. Then I saw a notice the next day when I went to breakfast that a welcome drink is given to all guests on arrival which both me and my partner did not receive. Then there is the apartment. The size is good but it comes with a kitchen that has no utensils and a sign saying that you are not allowed to use the hob. Thankfully I didn’t want to cook on my holiday but for those of you that do, please know that the kitchen is nothing more than a display. The drainage system was rubbish because every time me and my partner had a shower, the bathroom almost flooded so we had to wait a bit for the water to go down or be really quick with our showers. When the cleaners came to clean our room, they didn’t actually clean, they only came to make the beds and leave and never replenished the toilet roll and I had to continuously chase and ask for some. Then there is getting to your hotel room. The hotel premise is on a very high hill so they have shuttles that take you from reception. The cars are not safe at all and the staff drive like maniacs so you’re at ever bigger risk of falling out or hurting yourself.

Was great having pool access from room, although many tiles coming off on the pools throughout. Makes it a bit rough underfoot, Many stairs and steep hills to get to your room unless wait for resort shuttle then only 2 flights of stairs to your room. Staff inside were absolutely lovely and attentive. Resort desk staff limited English, had to wait ages on arrival for them to “find our booking” Don’t expect bacon at breakfast, looks like cut spam, but they do hv an egg station, the noodles usually great too. You will need to fill up your drink a couple times though as the cups and glasses are so small. No cutlery or bottle opener in room. Not allowed to cook in rooms despite induction stove. They give you two bottles of water daily which is nice. Don’t bother with room service, pizza like a frozen pizza reheated and pad Thai less desirable. Microwave in room and the mini mart have great burgers half price late at night. Nightclub on site, don’t hear the music, just many drunk ppl coming and going when you are heading to breakfast, we enjoyed the ppl watching of this, quite funny to see. Easy commute to Bangala rd, barter price if using tuk tuk outside facility as they will say 300 baht upwards, be willing to pay 250 baht or hotel taxi 300 baht but very comfy vehicles. Return from town tell driver 200 baht, some will try 400 but many accept 200 or use Bolt app to even get 100baht at times Resort mostly clean Some black mould in shower corner bottom silicone and cobwebs

Wasnt impressed by the fact the staff couldnt converse, the quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was shocking. My son had food poisoning from the buffet...and i also encountered very drunk, inappropriately dressed ladies with certain body parts hanging who clearly werent there as guests. This was shocking as it was around 8sm in the morning. I will not be recommending this resort!!!

BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous and clean. Safe and quiet. Our pool was great - shame it wasn’t in the sun though to tan. Easy walk down to the beach and back up. The shuttle is kind of useless as they don’t know how to explain where it picks you up. My biggest complain is the lack of English. You would think that the receptionists would be able to speak English but they didn’t very well.

"24-hour Free Shuttle" means ONLY the one on the hotel compound. The one to the beach only runs once a day. You'll need to pay 2-300 baht for a taxi to get to town or the beach and the same to get back again EVERY SINGLE TIME. Calling a shuttle only to also catch a taxi EVERY time you go out and the reverse EVERY time you come back gets a little old. The on-site nightclub is crazy noisy. If you want to relax quietly in the late evening by that pool just outside your room (for me, one of the biggest draws for this place) FORGET IT! The club is open and "rocking" from about 9 or 10PM until 6AM. If you get up early for breakfast (6:30) you can ride the shuttle with the straggling drunks and hookers heading home from the club. Some may even join you in the restaurant. For me, it was a German guy and two Russian hookers cursing each other for the entirety of the short ride to the office. In the restuarant, it was two drunks inviting themselves to sit with a couple of local female Thai guests and constantly hit on them while they were trying to eat breakfast until the girls started screaming at them to shut up. If you're a partier and have your own "moto", this place could be the perfect spot. Otherwise, you could probably do better. Also, the wifi was HORRIBLE. Probably due to the distance of the room from the main office. They charged me 1000 baht (30 dollars) for a late checkout (4PM) as well. The room itself, the staff, the cleanliness, etc. were excellent.

I was quite disappointed in this resort. I understand they were trying but some things just annoyed me while staying there. On arrival just know that this resort requires 5000 baht CASH deposit. My gf and I weren't carrying a lot of cash and it definitely limited our spending in phuket. Our sea view was covered by buildings and was really disappointing. The room had a kitchen but there were no pots and pans or kitchen supplies to use it. We had to go into town for cheaper meals and getting to and from the room is a bit of a hassle. Luckily they do offer free shuttle service to your room.

The first room we had was very basic. Cheap and nasty furniture and no blinds or sheer curtains for privacy. There were guests from other rooms able to walk right in front of our window as there are no dividers on the pool access veranda. No privacy. Bathroom was like a dungeon. Views fabulous of Patong bay. You need to get transport from reception to access rooms as they are up very steep hills. We complained and were moved to another room on the other side of the complex. This was much nicer but did not have the views. Breakfast was great. Not much around and you need the shuttle to get to the centre. This finishes at 8:30 and a taxi cast 300 baht each way. Staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.
