"Five out of five the only thing that there was any issue with it all at once the smart TV. I don’t watch the TV much anyway, so it wasn’t a problem for me. But the smart hub could not be used so the applications in the television could not be accessed, and the Samsung account could not be signed into. It only has a basic television channels, but if you don’t need the TV this place is amazing. I booked a mini suite and I will always hope to have this room when I come back here. 5 star staff.. especially the boss at the front desk., she treated me like a king when I arrived. She’s got a wonderful smile and a professional manner I admire. I recommend staying in the mini suite or above in room selection.. because it’s a pretty good deal for the price and what an incredible view. 10/10 Spacious comfortable modern room Excellent professional service from Staff"

"I had the best time on my first solo trip to Thailand, staying at Avista Hideaway. The staff were so accomodating and just to name a few who I can remember; Daw and Nook from housekeeping, Da, Lisa and Paer, vista and bar staff. So many truly went above and beyond. Food was good, especially the breakfasts. The food options had great varitey. Some critisisms, adult pool needed cleaning more often, i was there eveyday and compared to the other pools, looked less cared for. Limescale build up in the corners of the showers, i know a challenege to het rid of bit compared to the attentiin to detail everywhere else, this stood out. I would definitely reccommend and hope to return in the future."

"Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend."
