"This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at...

At check-in I got dissapointed because I rederved a room with balcony and a view, but got a family room in the bavk of the hotel looking at a huge mountain that blocked our windows and balcony.... with nothing to see. I requested a change of room since we were only there for one night, and request was declined. Besides that, the room and hotel was amazing, clean and well located."
