"The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly. The location was great, near lots of pubs and restaurants. The pub is good too, with friendly people. Not necessarily suited for young children on friday night as the area is loud until 0030, although it did quieten down once bars were shut. The shower water pressure in the evening seemed a lot lower than the morning."

"Small local shops nearby..room was lovely spacious all what you need in there even breakfast items along with the usual coffee and tea ..there was a small problem with the tv bracket which they promptly attempted to fix it The meals in restaurant are very nice and good portions and reasonably priced Team were freindly helpful and compassionate to my requirements which i thank them for Yes would definitely stay again "

"Great central location with easy on site parking. Excellent value for money including a great full English breakfast. Despite having booked a double room, check in staff helpfully reallocated us a twin accessible room on the ground floor as I’m currently on crutches. All staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our short stay."

"Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again."
