"Good place !"

"Very close to stores, money exchange, train station, park, restaurants, chinatown. Clean, safe, quiet apartment building. Polite and helpful staff."

"The property is excellently located - lovely area close to amenities, public transport and sites to see - dealing with the hosts was seamless and a great experience"

"Excelente todo "

"Terrivel a experiencia com a empresa mot e sua hospedagem, jamais facam a reserva com eles."

"The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. Given that internet is a promised amenity,...

"Staff was very good"

"Great location "

"Loft bem limpo organizado e estrutura boa"

"Se metieron a mi habitación cuando ya estaba adentro, una persona abrió la puerta y entró así que en ese aspecto pésimo servicio, no sé si después entraron pero no dejé nada de valor después de eso"

"Beautiful building and rooms, the view from our balcony was amazing for the price booking here is a no brainer, especially if you are attending any events in the area or at Movistar Arena."

"This is a post-industrial bohemian living space walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Only minor issue was the volatile organic compound odor from the painting operations in the adjacent art studio."

"This is the 4th time we rent this property and every single time everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting an apartment again soon !"
