"En general el hotel cumple muy bien con las expectativas. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la limpieza son buenos. El único punto a considerar es que las habitaciones son algo reducidas, por lo que si viajas con mucho equipaje o en familia puede resultar un poco justo el espacio."

"Muy bonito el cuarto, amplio y bien equipado. El personal muy amable, muy dispuestos a ayudar, sin importar la hora. Me permitieron hacer check out extendido, lo cual fue maravilloso. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, puedes conocer lugares fabulosos caminando."

"Fantastic stay at Fierro Hotel in Palermo Soho. The rooftop terrace suite with private jacuzzi was a real highlight, and the facilities throughout are excellent. The staff truly stand out — especially Antonella and Victoria — who were warm and attentive throughout. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had, served all the way until 3pm, which is perfect for Buenos Aires nightlife. Also worth finding the hidden New York subway–style bar just around the corner. Highly recommend."

"Loved the stay! Older hotel for sure but had loads of charm. Staff including Ricardo made sure we had all we needed and actually opened the spa for us to use on a couple occasions. Would stay again. Breakfast was great and all day coffee was welcomed in the afternoons."

"Perfect overnight spot"

"We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

Very safe place. The rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff personnel was very friendly. I highly recommend this property"
