"Great location for metro and always an Uber or taxi nearby - never waited more than 2 mins. Lovely breakfast and room service. Walkable area and some cute resturants and bars nearby. But, it is not a super late night area in January (totally okay, just went to different areas - like, their rooftop bar not open in January.) Great staff too for asking questions. Highly enjoyed and reccomend. "

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alexis and manager Luis at the front desk, we were treated like valued guests. The concierge, Belen, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bellman, Uzzy, was so sweet and helpful too throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. We will definitely be back. "
