"Canapé lit très mou. Ce n'était pas explicite lors de la réservation. Nous étions plusieurs au bas de l'immeuble a ne pas trouver le mail pour accéder a l'immeuble. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Propreté très mitigée "

As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them.
