Our stay at the hotel was remarkable from start to finish, especially with the seamless self-service check-in/out process. What truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary service from Nabil, the barman. He went above and beyond by securing us a reservation at a highly sought-after local Swiss restaurant, demonstrating exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. Nabil’s efforts greatly enhanced our stay, making him a standout staff member worthy of recognition. The room, controlled entirely via iPad, offered a modern and convenient touch, although the bed design required a bit of maneuvering. Despite this minor point, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this hotel for its blend of tech-forward amenities and stellar service, with a special mention to Nabil for his commendable hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
