"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South. This was our first trip to New York, and it was a dream we’ve shared for a long time, so it meant a lot to us. The true hidden gem, though, is Karen, who served us breakfast two mornings in a row. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of our special needs daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. She made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. On top of that, she took time to chat with us while still providing outstanding service. Karen is the kind of person who turns a nice stay into a memorable one. We can’t thank her enough!"
