"The room was great and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestion concerns breakfast. Many tours begin at 7:30. It's important that breakfast is ready right at 7 to allow time to get to the tour pick-up stops, particularly in Santa Ana Park, which is a 15-minute walk. Thanks."

"In one of the best areas of Merida. Lovely walk along the 60th avenue to the main square. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. The staff was very professional and polite, Gioana at the reception desk was exceptionally kind and helpful always."

"Excelente hotel, ideal para recorrer paseo montejo caminando, con cafes y restaurantes cercanos, asi como punto de encuentro para tours como el Fiesta Americana a una distancia comoda. El hotel es excelente para dormir y desayunar, con el bar 24hrs para bebidas o snacks. Importante mencionar que no es un hotel con alberca, gimnasio ni terrazas, pero en tema de limpieza, atencion, estacionamiento y ubicacion cumple de forma excelente; dando un gran valor por el precio ofertado. Volveria a visitarlo para eventos como el Maraton de Merida, o si solo lo uso para descansar por tarde-noches y recorrer merida y alrededores. "
