Sur le site de l'hôtel et même sur une affiche de l'ascenseur, il est indiqué que le lounge/bar est ouvert tous les jours. Même le resto était fermé un samedi soir. je suis arrivée à 18h avec rien à manger ou minimalement un verre de vin et tout était fermé à l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste m'a seulement dit ''ça ouvre demain'' il faut prendre le bus 39 pour aller chercher des trucs à boire ou manger! inacceptable quand l'hôtel est dans un coin éloigné, que tout à l'hôtel soit fermé et qu'il n'y ait même pas de machine distributrice pour minimalement nous aider. Le lendemain matin en quittant, j'ai réalisé que peut-être les resto avoisinant des autres hôtels étaient ouverts. Le réceptionniste aurait dû m'y référer plutôt que de me proposer seulement de prendre un bus! c'tétait ma deuxième réservation et je n'y retournerai jamais.

Le séjour a été décevant parce que je n’ai pas été prévenu des travaux au moment de la réservation et l’isolation sonore des chambres est catastrophique. J’avais l’impression d’être dans la même chambre que mes voisins. Ils étaient plusieurs dans la chambre et je n’ai pas pu dormir avant 00h passé. Dans le cadre d’un déplacement pro, c’était compliqué.
