Cool Stay
Checking in was good. Would have expected much better condition of the room, particularly the shower. Though had a nice view. Easily reachable by metro.

- 1 out of the 3 lifts worked. 10-15minutes to wait for lift - no iron to use for the entirety of the trip - we had change room as our original room was damp, has half of carpet in the room wet floor. - could not open window for fresh air.

The front desk staff were the nicest people. They are very helpful and as a plus they spoke English extremely well. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants in the same bulling that make it very convenient to grab anything you forgot or just to buy some food. My only negative thing of the house keeping. The shower has mold in it, the shower head would not work right and kept falling off and down, you needed to turn the water off because it backed up so much and overflow if you don’t. You only get two towels so if you wash your hands you have to use your shower towel to dry.

Really lovely hotel, staff very friendly and happy to help. The area wasn’t the greatest for a group of girls travelling together and could of done with a kettle in the rooms to at least make hot drinks however there was a hot drink vending machine which was around €1 per drink. Would happily stay again.

Paris is wonderful, but our stay at the Ibis was extremely unpleasant. We stayed for 6 days. On the first day we requested repairs to the air conditioning which was not working, it was very hot and we had 6 bad nights sleep. Every day the front desk said he would send a technician to fix it and nothing was done. I sent a message to hotel and email to Arcor Network and no response. On the third day we spoke with Igor, who was very attentive and friendly, but he did not solve our problem. He said he would fix the air or the next day he would be changing rooms and again nothing was done. On the fifth day we had a problem with breakfast, the girl, very rude called Ines, made us pay for breakfast on time, unlike on other days when we left our name on the list to be paid at check out. I asked for water replacement and the 3rd time she brought and left the bottle on our table, soon after a new customer requests water and she takes our bottle and gives it to the other customer. We went to try to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the menu and advertisement at the hotel said one type of menu, when we arrived at the restaurant the menu was another. Totally frustrated. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotel I stay in near Disneyland Paris, with a great view and the staff was sooo nice from the beginning till the end. The buffet breakfast was exquisite

They will take your money and give you nothing. If you pay them anything and your flights get cancelled you will be completely out of pocket and this hotel will not care. They will not respond to email, not offer any future credit - maybe I should not be so harsh about losing $1,000 as they could all be sick (or worse) from COVID19.

Don’t stay.
Pictures on Hotels.com where not what the hotel looked like on the inside. Is is part of the budget ibis and it shows. The restaurant was only open for breakfast most of my stay. No local restaurant in the area. The subway line has over 20 stop in 2 miles. After 5pm you have to enter the hotel on the budget ibis doors. Don’t stay here. you get what you pay for here.

Hello sir, thank you for your comment, concerning the pictures on the reservation site, it didn't up to date. It was renovated between July and October.  , concerning the ibis, doors are closed in the evening at 19h for the safety of customers. wish you a good day.

Our first room smelled a little funny as there seem to have been someone smoking in there but a soon as we told the front desk(Gabrielle..i think) she relocated us to a different room that was much better.....everything else seemed spot-on ...and with the rate we paid, we couldn't be happier.......

This hotel is located right in front of a daily flea market. One can only imagine the scenario on a daily basis. At the end of the day, unused clothes and goods are left on the floor for city workers to clean up one or two days later. Huge disappointment! Shame! Shame!

Staff were ok. Room was tiny. We had turn sideways to walk around the bed. The seal was coming off around the shower and sink. There were deep marks in the sink and the carpet always looked like it needed hoovering. You had to put your room key in the lift to make it work and we had to have our card recoded twice on a three night stay. The hair dryer was broken and they couldn't give us another one to dry our hair. The cleaner walked into our room without knocking. She did apologise but where we have stayed in the past they have always knocked first. There was always discarded shoes and clothes on the streets outside. We used some of the local cafes/restaurants and they were lovely.

Terrible, but staff were excellent
Where do you start, had to ask for room to be changed as the smell of smoke was so strong, and even though the hotel was almost full the very kind staff managed to get us into another one. Although this room was OK, had and excellent view, the air-conditioning didn't work and no windows were able to open, even though the weather was particularly hot the room was baking. I woke up in the night both nights I stayed there as had to go out and get fresh air. Everything is run down and the food in the restaurant was just eatable. I would not advise anyone to stay here and I'm very surprised expedia is happy to market this hotel. It's definitely not what I expect from An ibis hotel

First the main door of the hotel was not working & from where to enter is challenge to search the had a another door from the different hotel to share the entrance!!! Terrible The passage (lobby) connecting all the rooms stings badly even you can not stand there for 5 mins. Though was not the case inside the room. Room was so small that after you keep 1 bag there no space to walk around the bed the bathroom door opens just besides the bed, pathetic they said breakfast is not included in tariff i didn't had any breakfast for 2 days still made me pay for it in full around 24 euro for 2 days Complete disappointment

Within walking distance of where I needed to be. The main and surrounding streets provide a a very good insight into the diversity and culture of the area which really pleased me. The cafes and bars offer a wide choice of both meals and drinks. The friendliness of the locals is very good.

Nice hotel close to where I needed to be
I enjoyed strolling around the flea market on both Saturday and Sunday. The walk down the main street brought to life the friendliness, diversity and cultures of all the locals. The pubs and eateries provide a vast array of different meals and drinks at very reasonable prices. Truly enjoyable weekend.

Perfect - just signpost the entrance better!
This hotel was perfect for our short romantic weekend away. Located by the Porte de Montreuil station (on the Metro line 9) it's less than 15 minutes away from central Paris and all of the sights. We had a corner room on the 15th (top) floor and had an amazing view encompassing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, La Defense and more. The room was spacious enough for two people, with hanging space, enough plug sockets, and basic amenities such as a plasma TV (including BBC World News), hairdryer, bath and shower, heating, and a phone. The area is sketchy but it's not the sort of area you need to hang around in if you're going to be seeing the sights. Do try a chocolate almond croissant from nearby Boulangerie Pattiserie (head to the station, past McDonalds and it's on your right) as they're amazing! I'm not sure how the side rooms and lower floors compare, but we were really impressed with ours. The hotel will also hold your bags for you free of charge after you check out in case you're doing some last minute exploring. The wifi is good enough as long as you aren't streaming any HD videos. The main entrance of the hotel was closed during our stay and access is gained by going into the Ibis Budget hotel next door and walking to the right of the reception desk. Ibis Budget's receptionist was useless at communicating that, and we ended up scaling the entire street to find the entrance when it was literally a few meters to his left! We'll definitely stay there again next time.
