Very bad experience. They moved us to a 3 star hotel without even informing us in advance. They said that there is a technical problem with our room only having no water. I asked for the same 4 star hotel replacement but she said there is none available at the price I paid for (of course it is a last minute booking vs what I paid for 3 months ago). She said my option was a refund or to be moved to the 3 star hotel which happens to be owned by the same company. So either option leaves me short handed. The lady was not even sympathetic to our situation and sounded very condescending. I will never book with this hotel again.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro stations. The neighborhood is also very safe, and I don’t feel any uncomfortable walking from the station back to hotel after midnight. Very friendly staff. Book the suite and it’s beyond my expectations for the price.

Great Service Good Location
The hotel’s location is close to the M1 metro station, many cafes and patisseries, and Arc de Triumph. All within a 10 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff service was excellent. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the top floor room required us to climb two flights of stairs above where the elevator stopped and that the coffee maker was not working. The next morning the hotel manager volunteered to move us to another nicer room on a lower floor. They had our luggage moved by the time we returned from site seeing. Could not ask for better service.

Mostly 5/5. Cleaning of rooms is done late in the afternoon, which is an inconvenience if you want an afternoon snooze in a clean room. Coffees, shower gels, and shampoos were not adequately replenished for a family of four. Otherwise, 5/5. Go and enjoy your stay.

It was a rip-off I accidentally book February 4-6 and it was supposed to be march 4-6 I try since the same day that I book to change the reservation and was willing to pay extra and the people from the hotel insisted that they couldn’t do nothing and keep escalating until now just to rob me of my money. Its a shame Orbitz work with this kind of hotels. Please people stay away as this company and the hotel don’t know how to care about customer and only care about taking clients money and running vacation. I hope no one stays at this hotel.

I am overall very disappointed with this hotel. I arrived at the hotel and the reception staff weren’t professional. They left our luggage between the first and second door of our hotel room which meant that our access was blocked. So, we had to push our luggage forward awkwardly into the room with two kids in tow. The room wasn’t particularly clean and the room was not representative of what we had booked. I asked to be moved rooms and this request couldn’t be done until the next day as the hotel was full. We moved to a new room the next day which had a wet patch on the carpet just outside the bathroom. We thought that the outgoing cleaners or previous occupants had perhaps dropped water as they left the bathroom but we found later that night that it was actually the air conditioning that was leaking. We reported this to front desk the next day and it was sorted by the time we got back. There were other issues with amenities not working or being effective and the fridge light kept flashing all night which disturbed sleep. At some point I just gave up even telling the hotel because you want to just ignore and enjoy your holiday. would like to say that the staff are nice and polite but they are always troubleshooting and at times don’t communicate with each other to meet the customers needs. I’m very disappointed with our hotel stay. I

The hotel is slightly off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood that is still very accessible to a grocery store, pharmacy, and the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fresh and comfortable breakfast at the hotel every morning and enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep every night.

Great Staff
The highlight of the stay was the help we received from Redouane to recover a bag with some medicine. He went beyond anything expected to help us find the bag. We really appreciated Redouane’s help. Other aspects of the hotel include: good location, spacious room, small lift.

Rooms and very small and are not sound proofed so you hear everything. The doors to the rooms slam closed and it makes such a noise from neighbouring rooms as if they are in your room. They need to sort this out.

This hotel was wonderful for our 5-day stay in Paris. We were within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, the Arc Triomphe was about 10mins walking and easy access to metro as well. We stayed in two different rooms, the first one was the larger suite and while the extra space was nice, the room decor was a bit dated (I think they are renovating all the rooms). The 2nd room was very well designed, and comfortable for the two of us (the room was larger than typical Paris hotel rooms from my previous experience). The staff at this hotel were very accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The front desk staff, Alessandra I think her name was (apologies for mistake in spelling) went above and beyond to ensure that any questions were answered and that we had a smooth check-in/out process. Thank you again to the whole team. We will definitely enjoy another stay at this hotel.

The staff at this property are welcoming and friendly. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Our room (52) was clean and cosy, with coffee making facilities. One minor criticism is that we like to have a couple of cups of coffee and only had enough milk for one. One of the plus points to this hotel is the location. We arrived in Paris on the Eurostar and from the Gare Du Nord station you can get the metro (M2) from La Chapelle to Porte Dauphine it's then just a short walk to the hotel from here. The hotel is a 10min walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a short stay city break.

Great terrace!
Location was relatively good, parking was slightly challenging (10 minute walk and 45 euros per day). Staff was very nice and the room was pretty good as well. Definitely enjoyed walkint to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The Eiffel Tower is a little further, but still walkable and the Louvre is but a small Metro ride, only 25 minutes, including walking to the Metro. The terrace in the summer would be extroardinary. We went in the fall and it was still pretty good. You will sacrifice some room space for the terrace, but it's worth it.
