On the contrary you seemed very pleased with your stay and came regularly to reception to ask for advise or directions that we provided each time with great pleasure. Indeed you were travelling with one friend who had a separate reservation and obviously was not next to your room as we were not advised you were travelling together.You never expressed any disapointment neither about your room nor your bathroom (the shower is not that size in the room you had) , nor the fact that your friend was on the sixth floor. As a consequence we never had the opportunity to show you another room that will suit you maybe better...It is really a pity to read your comment knowing that if you had talked to the front desk we could have solved it ...We stay at your disposalBest regards06-06-2023

We are extremely sorry about your feeling after your 2-night trip with us.We would like to ensure we always give a priority to make our customers’ stay as comfortable as possible.We understand your disappointment but the renovation is necessary to maintain the highest-quality service.We are clearly informing about our renovation on every online sales website; on Expedia there is a clear information about it, you can find it mentioned twice: both on “Temporary closures” and on “policies: renovations and closures”.Furthermore, the renovation works are taking place in the lobby only, behind white panels, they do not affect the rest of the hotel. We would like to precise also that there is no works during week end and bank holidays. (Your stay was from Sunday May the 07th to Tuesday May the 09th: no work took place during your stay)Finally, we can ensure you that there is no roach in the hotel indeed the housekeeping department follows strict cleaning protocols.It is a pity that you did not come to the desk during your stay or when you checked out, we certainly would have find a solution to reduce the inconveniences of your experience.Indeed you seemed satisfied about your stay: you advised of your arrival around 12am and that you were coming for a special occasion: you arrived earlier than check in time of 2pm and you room was ready and we assigned to your family a very nice renovated room with a balcony on a top floor.We stay at your disposal for any additional information you may need and looking forward to introducing you in a few months to our new spaces intended to welcome you please receive our best regards,
