"The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. "I think this could be a great property. Just give some better furniture, make sure lighting and switches work, clean rooms daily, improve breakfast a lot, add better signage for first arrival, fix boom noise in ramp at main level as you hear that at night. We thought with a few improvements and a much better breakfast, that the value could equal the service and that would confirm the price. As is, it was a little expense and my back is a little sore from the mattress. These are easy fixes....
