"Upon arrival, the hotel staff was busy, but they did a good job accommodating everyone. The issue started as soon as we got off the elevator on the east wing of hotel 3rd floor because the hallway had an overpowering mildew smell that literally hurts our lungs when the elevator doors open. The AC in the room wasn’t circulating upon arrival, but we figured just give it a little bit of time since we just arrived. "Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not...

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"Great hotel! It’s close enough to walk to the straw market, but just far enough so you get to much of the madness of the cruise ships. The beach is right across the street. I had an awesome stay!"

"We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. "Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"

"This was a great resort. Helpful staff, clean environment and lots of activities. The property was very beautiful and well maintained. Pools and water park close very early so it was difficult to do that and activities off the resort in the same days. I would definitely visit again."
