Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. The breakfast was pretty good but I must say the coffee was not very good but you can get cappuccino or lattes which might be better. The service was great by all staff members.
