"I reserved a comfort one bedroom apartment. It did not look like the photos posted on here or on their site. The comfort apartments are the same as executive ones. You might as well save money and reserve the executive. All the comfort apartments are facing the back or side of the building. It's not a great view although it is quieter than facing Gran Via. "Amazing place. All the staff went beyond their ways to help us out. Even packed a breakfast for us when we were leaving early. There was a damp problem in the room we were. The room was having a musty smell whenever we went in and it will go away either after opening the window or starting the AC"
