"A good modern hotel in a very interesting area of ‘real’ Tokyo. Great connections as it’s a few minutes walk to a Yamanote Line station (Ōtsuka). The line connects all of the popular areas of the city you’ll want to see. The rooms are very compact but well appointed with a kettle. Tea bags and coffee etc are obtained in the reception area along with any extras you may need. The idea is that they’ll supply you with any small items such as a toothbrush etc on an ‘as needed’ basis, so no excess...

"We were sceptical at first as this was labelled “love hotel”. We only stayed one night for the late check-in as we were only passing through. So glad we stayed here, it was the best stay in Japan! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, jacuzzi is amazing and they provide so many toilets amenities - hair curler, straighteners, hair mask, bubble bath etc.. very soundproof (if uhm you are worried about the noise). We wish we could stayed more nights there. "
