"Loved the restaurant and the ceviche was so delicious! Very friendly staff, who made sure we were well cared for. Didn't have to wait at all for the shuttle from the airport either, which was a big plus 🙂"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is one of our favorite. The receptionist on this particular stay of the 11th of October was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. He made me feel like I was just more work for him and he was practically doing me a favor by checking us in for our stay. Like I said, Love this hotel but let’s work on the reception please!"

"Overall the stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few minor things that didn’t affect my rating of the hotel: 1. The fridge in our room was not working. 2. One particular night we could hear guests in the hallway. However, I would still return, it was an excellent location."
