"Perfect beach view, comfortable clean beds. "

"Hot tub was cold and broken then was out of order for most of our trip. Lots of loud trashy behavior occurring from other hotel guests all through the night, despite efforts to get them to be quiet, so the walls are paper-thin. The heated pool is not actually heated, had trash and floats all around, and a layer of grease across the top. The private beach was great though. And the employees are very kind. Give them all a raise! "

"We checked in and our room was filthy. The beds covered in hair, the pull out couch bed actually had muddy foot prints on it. The staff was very nice and apologetic, they moved us to another room, but it was just as bad so we left. We did get a full refund but I wouldn’t attempt to stay there again. "

"Everyone was super friendly and beyond accommodating! The room was spotless and the pool area was fantastic. 10/10 would stay again!! "

"Nice size room. Cleanliness well...it is on the beach so sand is always around however you do not get room service except every 3 days...which we did not get and had to ask then they just sent a random staff member in to drop off towels and sweep. They did not make the beds because we had " personal items" throw blankets on the beds. Balcony was nice pool and hot tub very dated. Laundry room was not well kept did have a new washer. Location was not bad close to most things...it was spring brrak and very busy however i would say it is more vrbo vibe so bring a broom and be preoared to take care of yourself. "

"It is a child friendly location. It can be loud at times. Its great for families. I wouldnt go during “spring break”. "

"Our family of 3 traveled far to get here. We were pleasantly surprised at our room. It was spacious & like a 1 bedroom apartment w a full kitchen. Balcony with a big window overlooks the pool and ocean at a shirt distance. Only problem & a big one was we couldn't enjoy the balcony because theres strong propane gas smell coming from next door. When we talked to the office about it they said its always like that."

"There was garbage from a previous guest behind a chair and under the bed or dresser. The toilet was so low to the ground like in elementary school. The pictures online don’t match the room. When I asked for 2 extra pillows to be brought to my room I was told I don’t know if we have extra and then had to follow someone to the closet where I was handed one pillow and was told that’s all they had. It was not even in the best condition. "
