"Towel replacement was an issue, housekeeping does not replenish towels…you have to ask the supervisor to give them to you if you’re staying for more then one night, sink was not draining, maintenance did not fix it even though it was reported on the first day"

"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and the gym had weights and everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added touch, but the only thing they didn’t have was milk. Location is good - not a far drive from where we wanted to go. Overall, we enjoyed staying here :)"

"We had specifically asked for a connecting room a day before we got there, when we got to the Hotel, we had to insisted that we need a connecting room, or else they would not have given us the connecting room. We were 2 families with kids in each room. We had called after our booking and also few days before we came that we would like to have connecting room. It would be nice if these requests can be looked at by the staff more seriously. "
