"The unit had all the items we needed for our group. With the closeness to shops (5 min drive) we were able to get anything we needed and did a mix of eating out and cooking for ourselves. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. We would plan to be back on our next trip! There was easy access to the beach and while we didn't like the water in the bay (just at the park), it was a quick trip over to Shelly Beach which had fun waves for our whole family."

"Bar was well stocked. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything needed better cleaning. Including the deck area, room, pool area. Room had large spider & very dusty."

The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. There are nice little extras in your room. The restaurant and bar area looks out over the grounds or sit outside if you like. "This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. "

"A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved."

"Nice space very clean. Quiet too. Close to everything and ok to walk to restaurants and bars. Door to the balcony didn’t close properly as the handle was broken, was the only issue. "
