"Beautiful hotel"

Indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, pool umbrellas, pool loungers

"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."

"Brilliant hotel, luxurious, clean and very friendly, nothing too much trouble for the staff. This hotel is about 15 minute taxi drive from medina and is super calm and peaceful."
