"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

"Appartment was great with all the facilities required for a short stay. Lots of restaurants locally and then about 20 minutes walk to the edge of the medina. "

So clean, beds are so comfortable, the food was amazing at the snack bar and the restaurant, great pool and I had the most amazing experience at the spa having a Hammam and massage. The location is perfect, 7 mins away from main square, 3 mins from place Mallah where most tours pick you up from and the riad is on a really nice souk with great shops and food stalls"

"2Ciels exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and bathroom beautifully designed and spacious. We had 3 in the room and they came up to make the bed (couch turned futon) at1am, which was really comfortable. All beds were very comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout very late since we had a late flight as well as easy check in when we arrived after midnight. The spa was fantastic and great priced. Loved our deep tissue massages- would do this again! The. Real fast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and delicious late lunch before we departed. I would definitely stay again soon, I hope! Fantastic stay at great prices!"

"Room clean and had everything you need and more …. Had a full candy dish and Nespresso machine! They gave baskets of water and cakes at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was about 1 km from Medina but nice clean safe area and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for Uber. Highly recommended! "

"Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again! "

"Great breakfast menu to suit all tastes. Staff are very friendly. Lovely rooftop cafe and pool, no alcohol served though good options nearby for eating and drinking. A/C was noisy and not very effective. "
