"Perfect location for my short stay. Undercover parking, accessibility, close to amenities, lovely view, very clean, comfy bed, just like the photos. I did have a little trouble actually finding it because it’s tucked away nicely next to Ryde public school. Nowhere to park to check-in, although I parked at the entrance to gate parking area. "

"We came and booked for 3 adults for the room. However, on arrival, we only received 2 towels and 2 sets of soap and shampoo, which I had to asked the extra based on my booking. Then for our 8 days of stay, our towels were only exchanged for some of the days, whereas our bed sheets were changed around our day 6 of our stay. In addition, our room were very dimly lit so those that want to have proper make-up in the room would have to use extra lights or the bathroom, and the mirror at the sink is...

"Nice Hotel close to the Theatre Royal.
Appreciated the upgrade to a King room.
Shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The Metro and the Light Rail were both out of service.
Walking distance from St James Station.
Not much open around the area on a Sunday morning.
Breakfast was in a little Cafe near the back entrance to the Hotel.
The Verandah Bar is nearby for Lunch or Dinner."

"Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too.
I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."
