"The Hotel is in the heart of Milan, walkable to everywhere. All, but particularly front desk personal were just great with always accommodating us with a smiling face. The hotel rate is expensive (more than 400 Euros for bed+breakfast) but we were served prosecco (+nuts etc) for happy hour every single day. "The breakfast bar is first rate- you can request that they make you a cappuccino etc. Real linens on the table. Also, free bottles of water and bit size cupcakes to snack on at the end of the day. It has a tiny elevator but it worked and that is always a plus for Italy. Also it is a 5minute cab ride from The Milano Cadorna train station which is a stop for the Malapensa Express a train that you can use to travel between the hotel and Malapensa airport. "We’ve been to Room mate Giulia 4 times and it’s our go-to place in Milan. The service and staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. It is right in the heart of the Galleria next to the Duomo. Looking forward to returning there soon. "
