"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit."

"Stayed here several times before, will stay there again when I need to be next to BKK for a flight. My advice is to skip the shuttle and go down to the terminal to the B level where the rail connection is located and walk to/ from the hotel in the tunnel. About 10 minutes. Also, the Terminal has a food court level on 3. You don't need to go through immigration or security, so you have a variety of casual dining options."

"I love Thialand the Skyview hotel was a great choices. In a great area the staff was amazing with Mr. LEE, Mr. Keng ,Mr. CHENG, the 7th prime floor breakfast was with good choices. Ms. POP was beautiful host and Ms Fresh. This staff was great the security was awesome as well. Very respectful staff. Love everyone. Must visit."

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff and some wonderful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel at home by everyone in the staff team. A comfy, spacious bedroom with an extremely modern bathroom gave our stay a nice luxury feel. From top to bottom everything was marvellous!"

"This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this."
