"Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "We were welcomed by lovely staff giving an immediate good impression. Our room was small and a bit dark, but had everything we needed. Our dinner was amazing, beautifully presented and generous. Thanks to the weather we were able to sit in a beautiful garden looking onto the village green. Breakfast was brilliant. All the food is locally sourced and delicious. As to the cost, we were delighted at the value for money. Lovely pub with loads of character and lovely staff."

"Such a lovely hotel with lovely food and drink served by very friendly staff. I was slightly disappointed with my room as others in our party who had paid the same rate had a fridge in the room ( it was 29c on the day of our stay ) and also bedside plugs - I suffer from sleep apnea and have to sleep with a Cpac machine which ness plugging in - unfortunately I was unable to use this machine on one night thus effecting my sleep that night. However, I lovely mental stay and would love to return one...

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. "Our first time at The Green Man and we will be returning. Had a great time, accommodation and food excellent. They also have a wonderful front of house called Amanda who was great fun and extremally helpful."
