"Excellent stay at a unique hotel where the emphasis is on food, but accommodation is more than adequate."

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"We were never given check in information and no one would respond to our messages or answer the phones. We did not stay here and still trying to recoup our money from this experience. Scam!!!"

"Probably one of my favorite UK stays. I booked the morning of as a bit of a spur of the moment decision. The price was absolutely fantastic, the room that I got could not be beat. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Jess the supervisor was an absolute gem. The food is great, if I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be staying here. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. Plenty of teas and coffee and milk. Wonderful views from the bedrooms over the Vale. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Good pub grub. Parking limited but managed fine"

"What a beautiful room with incredible views. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night away. All rooms are adjacent to the pub in a separate building. Opening French doors give a wonderful view. We ate at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!"

"It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. Cobwebs everywhere which I didn't mind but when I went to use cutlery, saucepans, glass jar they were dirty and I had to clean them. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. Also the fridge wasn't turned on and took a long time to get cold meaning no cold beers with our dinner. I...

"It is a very attractive double bayed Victorian property, with pretty gardens front and back. The interior decorations were up to date but reflected the age and style of the house. Our room was very comfortable and the amenities within the room were great. Breakfast was lovely: cooked beautifully and well presented. We would definitely stay with Dave and Liz again."
