"Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"Excellent hotel. Couldn't believe it until I saw it in the flesh. Check in was as smooth as possible with helpful host. Family adventure room was amazing. Bunk beds and an extra bed were to one part of the room, with it's own TV. Rest of the room was spacious. Toilet even had a built in child seat. All immaculatey clean. Bricks restaurant for as much good quality breakfast as you could manage, was included in the price. Park tickets were extra. Amazing amount of Lego play areas, which everyone got involved with. 10 out if 10. Couldn't have been any better. Grandma, mum, boy 4, girl 6. Brilliant "

"Excellent staff go out of their way to deal with your requests. Rooms looking a little tired in places. Maybe should have warned us before arrival that a wedding was taking place and the impact it would have on common areas. Breakfast buffet was fantastic."

"Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully. Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom. Very nice public areas and staff"
