"Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco. "

"very comfortable place. very clean. services available like nice hotel should have. No real complaints. When there are functions taking place it can be noisy but not late at night. Each room could use smart television and a comfortable chair but it is gracious and comfortable otherwise. The grounds are nice, pool is good..
