"Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Only problem, for such a large HI, two elevators only. We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage. "

"Noah at the reception desk was professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room had a great view of Pike Place Market. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries the hotel provided were top quality. We would gladly stay here again."
