"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to help. Additionally, one staff member was not very friendly.
One thing that stood out to me was the entertainment activities. There was a game where guests had to name things such as countries, fruits, and other categories, but it was conducted entirely in Spanish. While I understand that many guests speak Spanish, it would be nice if activities were also offered in English or made bilingual so that English-speaking guests can fully participate and feel included.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the food and oceanfront atmosphere, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest services and inclusivity during activities."
