"The hotel staff welcomed us warmly and were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We were upgraded to a room with a pool and a spectacular view of the bay. There is a frequent shuttle to Patong and Kamala for only 50 baht. The hotel app is very convenient for ordering food and everything else you need. There is room for improvement in the bathroom - the shower flow was uneven, and the tap in one of the two sinks was clogged."
