"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. "The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. "

"The property is a little tired but it's so easy to overlook that with the warmth of the welcome and fantastic service. Breakfast was all cooked fresh to order (with perfectly poached eggs!!) and the place was spotlessly clean. We'll definitely stay again when in Hastings with our dog."
