Hotel berdekatan Muzium Oxfordshire

"Very charming property with lovely staff and very good breakfast. Parking was good also. Great location. There are no elevators as it is a 15th century ex coaching inn so if there are any mobility issues or heavy suitcases it may be challenging. There is also no electric sockets in the bathroom for any shavers or electric toothbrushes. We couldn’t drink the tap water or even use for tea or coffee due to the soft water conditioner. Having said all of that we would definitely return but would...

"Staff were particularly helpful."

"Super team made me feel very welcome and were always available. Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking"

"Have just spent a wonderful two nights at Sturdy Castle. Perfect location to explore the stunningly beautiful Cotswolds. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the reception and restaurant area was and how lovely the staff were. Offered option of breakfast and evening meal which we booked. The rooms were located at the back of the hotel ,so nice and quiet and spotlessly clean with everything that we needed. Dinner was lovely with friendly staff happy to talk through both the pub...

"Wood lice in the bath and smelled of damp in the room. Beds were OK, pub was great."

"Beautiful old hotels with a lot of history well located in middle of Woodstock"

"The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were great for an old building. It was very conveniently situated and would recommend to others"

"Not a boutique hotel in my view, just a room in a pub."

"A lovely find in a convenient location. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more to accommodate us and our dog. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you need for a short stay. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you 😊"

"I booked a standard room for our daughter for her wedding night. The hotel very kindly upgraded them to a suite and provided an array of pastries and delights for them upon their late arrival. I cannot thank them enough for rounding off their very special day, A very special hotel and staff."

"Lovely property, definitely not a hotel for anyone with physical challenges due to steep narrow winding stairs and no elevator. Delicious golden syrup shortbread treats in the room daily. Super kind and helpful staff that pre-arranged our pick-up and return to the airport at a fixed price of 125 pounds."

"Beautiful and quiet hotel with a great atmosphere! The staff is amazing—super friendly and attentive. The pub is so cozy, and the food is great. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back! 10/10."

"Ganz wunderbares altes Pub, sehr authentisch, hervorragendes Frühstück. Einziges Manko war tatsächlich dass wir in der große Hitzewelle im Juni dort waren und natürlich diese alten Häuser nicht klimatisiert sind. Es war sehr heiß und der kleine Ventilator im Zimmer konnte dagegen kaum etwas ausrichten."

"3-4日の滞在でした。"

"Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...
