"Excellent, friendly helpful staff "

"One of the best B&B rooms I have stayed in. Room size was BIG! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The whole place was aesthetically decorated yet very practical - could not fault it. Limited parking on site, but more off-road parking available on side road. We had to leave early, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible helpful with food abd transport recommendations. The decor is fun and the room was clean and comfortable. The weather wasn't great so we didnt use it, but the outside space looked lovely. Parking is a bonus, we parked and got the bus in to town, far cheaper and easier than parking in town! Will definitely return. "

"Excellent service from check in to check out. Room was fantastic and very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and also took advantage of the restaurant. The chef deserves top marks. Food was presented very well and the taste!, every mouthful was an adventure. Highly recommend and staff looked after us very well. If you can get parked outside the hotel, let them know and a charge is applied allowing the car to stay rather than the 4 hour limit on the machines. The free car park nearby, unless...

"The Osney Arms is a terrific place from which to explore Oxford. The rooms are small but quiet, clean, comfortable and have everything you would need. The breakfast is outstanding, with many healthy options and thoughtful touches. The guest house is also just a 15-minute walk from the train station. While the manager isn't on site, he replies quickly to any questions. I enjoyed my stay and found it an excellent value."
