What a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and in great condition with excellent facilities, comfortable, spacious and a joy to stay in. Location is great near to all top attractions and easy drive to shops, restaurants ( would recommend Eat Street). Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Information from owners is spot on in advance and access easy so no hassle settling in. We would thoroughly recommend Redwood Apartments and if we are in Rotorura again it will be our first place to stay.

Comfortable and nice apartments

Very comfortable and well equipped appts in Rotorua. Perfect stay option for a family and someone who appreciates their own kitchen. The check in process is also very easy with great communication from the owners and digital access codes. I highly recommend staying here.

A really nice newly built apartment. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the electric blankets on both beds were faulty on one side.
